Sapidyne was founded by Steve Lackie & Tom Glass in 1995. Early KinExA instruments were placed at research labs in Xavier University, the United States Army, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Their work helped to showcase the advantages of KinExA technology. Through this early work, and the many collaborations since, KinExA technology has become an essential tool for measuring binding interactions in top pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and universities around the world.

Our headquarters and contract research laboratory are located in Boise, Idaho and we have an office in Hannover, Germany to provide full time support for European clients. Distributors are available in Japan, Singapore, Korea, and China. As the company grows, we still maintain an emphasis on support and learning from our customers. Our goals are to continuously grow our understanding of binding and constantly improve our measurement tools. We will continue to advance KinExA technology by developing unique applications that will help lower the price of life saving drugs and aid in environmental clean up and monitoring efforts around the world.
